Troy and I met while working on the first series of ’10 Years Younger in 10 Days’.
When Troy first told me he wanted to change my hair colour I was nervous. Making any sort of dramatic change to your physical appearance…particularly when you work in television… can be dangerous…but I trusted him because he’s our hair expert.
Gradually Troy turned me into a darker more natural blonde and basically, a new woman. Friends, family and people in the street stopped to ask me ‘what I’d had done’? According to them I looked younger and fresher than I appeared before.
When I told them in all honesty it was my new hair colour they could suddenly see it. I had my very own transformation at the hands of hair expert Troy Thompson.
